PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS –
Candidate should have worked directly with customer rather than for internal projects / products
Should have hands-on experience in creating technical proposals for large government bids, both technology implementation and consulting
PROJECT MANAGEMENT CAPABILITIES -
Effective co-ordination with various Govt Departments and Implementation Team for successful execution of projects in given timelines.
Coordinate the creation, review and approval of all client presentations and supporting deliverables before being presented to the client.
Lead teams in preparation and drafting of the RFP considering Govt Resolutions and Guidelines.
Monitor, manage and report project progress against the project schedule and SOW/LOE obligations.
Conduct weekly Project Status Meetings with the project team and the client to review project progress, actions requiring attention, and plans for continued project progress against the SOW and project schedule.
Full software development lifecycle experience using Object-Oriented Analysis, Design and Development, Waterfall and Agile
Create and publish meeting minutes of decisions made and key action items identified during the Project Status Meeting.
Identify and resolve project issues and risks; implement risk mitigation strategies as required.
On a continuous basis, review and validate client expectations and level of satisfaction.
Hands on experience in effective risk, change and quality management practices.
TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES -
Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options for large scale implementation projects.
Strong research, problem solving and analytical capabilities.
Hands on experience in designing solution and deployment architecture.
Prepare Techno-Commercial project proposal their approval and own the responsibility for end-to-end execution, delivery as per given time line.
Experience in the integration of large-scale systems with digital components.
Experience on managing Non-Functional Requirements - Application Performance, Application Security etc.
Should understand the basic contours of technology well to present the solutions and also to create the solution offerings, as part of proposal
>> QUALIFICATION
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
B.Tech./MCA/M.Sc. or B.Sc./BCA +MBA
Efficient communication skills
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent written language and documentation skills
