Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of digital healthsolutions, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams includinganalysts, consultants, and governmentstakeholders to aligndevelopment with project goals.
Contribute to strategic planning by offering technical insightsthat shape the project’s digital roadmap.
Maintain high coding standards and oversee code reviews,ensuring adherence to best practices and security protocols.
Ensure seamless integration with national health platforms andcompliance with government IT frameworks.
Skills Required:
Strong programming and system architecture knowledge.
Experience with health informatics platforms and APIs.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualification:
7–10 years in software development, project execution, and teamCoordination
Minimum B.Tech./MTech/MCA or equivalent from a recognized institute/university with employment on the company’s payroll.
Experience in health tech projects/government systems.
English, Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
