Project Manager
Responsibilities
Manage the projects that require extensive planning, coordination, and communication with multiple stakeholders
Monitor, track, and manage the progress of the assigned project and the associated stakeholders.
Manage project associated team in an effective and efficient manner
Manage Vendor and track daily activities associated with the project
Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
Provide project updates on a regular basis to various stakeholders about strategy, progress, and any issues or challenges
Manage vendors by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Monitor progress and communicate the same to concern stakeholders
Advise teams on project and provide suggestions
Assess the quality and effectiveness of output results
Determine cost-effective methods for completing project
Co-ordination between the different stakeholders of the project
Attend conferences, workshops and training as required to maintain proficiency Perform other related duties as assigned
Preferred Skills
Proficiency in project management tools e.g., MS Projects, JIRA, etc
Experience managing remote or cross functional teams
Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
Mandatory Skills
Must have strong knowledge on Advanced Excel, PPT, Doc
Work experience on PowerBI, Tableau or any other BI tool
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Qualification
Minimum 10 years of work experience of project management, procurement process, client engagement, team management, and PMU setup.
Good to have Minimum 5 years of work experience of working with the Government projects.
MBA from reputed Institute
Certification:Good to have project management certification i.e., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, etc.
