Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead statewide planning and execution of state health initiatives.
Coordinate with central, state, and district stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
Monitor project progress against defined timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
Oversee vendor and stakeholder management Monitor KPIs and generate strategic reports.
Skills Required:
Strategic leadership and stakeholder engagement.
Expertise in health informatics and digital health systems.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in project management and its tools.
Qualification:
10+ years in project management, healthcare IT projects, and government collaborations.
Minimum B.Tech./MTech/MCA or equivalent from a recognized institute/university with employment on the company’s payroll.
Experience with Big 4 consulting firms is a plus.
English, Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
