KeyResponsibilityAreas
Establish and manage programme governance structures including sprint reviews, stakeholder syncs, and ensuring projects deliverables are achieved in timely manner for IFSCA DRR, ERP, SWIT project.
Monitoradherencetoapprovedscope,milestones,SLAs,andcontractual obligations; proactively identify deviations and initiate corrective action.

Escalateskey risksand issuesto IFSCA and the Project SteeringCommittee (PSC)/ Project Management Committee (PMC).
