Job Title – Lead Data Scientist
Location- Delhi NCR(Onsite)
Experience – 6-10 Years(Management/ FunctionalProfile)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, IT, Electronics& Communication or engineering related or data-intensive relatedfield such as applied mathematics, economics, physics or statistics.
Professional experience as a Data Scientist/ML Engineer or relatedrole in the private sector. Includes developing optimizationalgorithms or machine learning or deep learning models inproduction settings for 5+ projects.
Professional experience of using either PyTorch, Tensorflow, orKeras.
Strong proficiency in wrangling datasets through Pandas, Dask orother Python based data science libraries.
Strong fundamentals in solving analytical problems with variousalgorithmic solutions.
Professional experience in end-to-end system design: dataanalysis, feature engineering, technique selection &implementation, debugging, and maintenance in production.
Professional experience in managing data science teams directlyof 3 or more data scientists/engineers.
Experience in vendor management for large IT/data projects
Experience reporting to CXO levels in the private sector orgovernment
Demonstrated experience in working on data science for socialgood problem statements.
Good to have:
Professional experience in working with the government directlyor indirectly in policy-consulting or technology roles settings isstrong plus.
Relevant field experience in the development sector via non-profits or at various levels of Indian governance (gram panchayat,block, district, state, centre) is a good to have.
