2. Customer Handling/ Customer Complaint. 3. Solve Quality Issue. 4. Implementation of TQM (Total Quality Management). 5. QMS (Quality Management System). 6. 3M Management. 7. Good Communication. 8. Sound Knowledge of ISO/TS System & Documentation. 9. Responsible for calibration of Gauge & Fixture. 10. Use of Gauge/Fixture. 11. In Process inspection. 12. Good knowledge of SAP.
