Requirements-
Strong understanding of quality management systems, methodologies, and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean).
Proficiency in quality assurance tools and techniques, including statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
Experience with project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address quality issues effectively.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for effectively working with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
Experience in stakeholder management, including working with cross-functional teams, clients, and senior management.
Proficiency in creating and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/BE), Computer Applications (MCA), Masters of Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is required.
Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or Six Sigma Black Belt.
Experience in conducting quality audits and assessments.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the industry.
Experience with automated testing tools and techniques.
Experience with AI/ML projects and familiarity with relevant tools and frameworks.
