Job Title: QMS - Engineer
Experience: 02 – 03 Years
Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech./B.E.
Specific Skills
1) Ability to conduct process & product audit, QMS documentation, corrective action and non-conformance reporting.
2) To Have a Good knowledge of SPC, MSA, Control Chart, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan & QC Tools.
3) Ability to handle the Customer complaint with root cause analysis & CAPA submission.
4) Knowledge of quality standards and specifications like IATF 16949.
5) Knowledge of Management System like ISO:45001:2018 & ISO 14001:2015.
6) Ability to analyse production & rejection data to identify areas of growth.
7) Produce timely reports and documentation to track rejection & production progress.
8) Prepare documentation of internal quality control audits and quality checks.
9) Provide training to production engineers and assembly line staff to enhance the quality of product.
10) Read customer complaints and feedback to identify areas of improvement.
11) Ensure the implementation of quality control procedures at every step of the production process.
12) Plan, schedule and conduct internal quality audits.
13) Take preventive quality control actions by identifying potential sources of error and suggesting ways to eliminate them.
14) Implement continuous process improvements using the right strategies like Six Sigma and lean manufacturing.
15) Identify ways to eliminate production waste and reduce the carbon footprint of the organisation.
16) Good presentation, reporting & communication skill.
