Job Title – Development Lead
Key Responsibilities:
Define the technical architecture for the analytics solution (e.g., data ingestion pipelines,storage, processing frameworks).
Choose appropriate technologies (e.g., Apache Nifi, Python, Spark, SQL,).
Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of the solution
Lead a team of developers, data engineers, and analysts focusing work schedules and qualitystandards
Break down analytics requirements into technical tasks and timelines.
Create tasks, asign to development team, set the timelines of development by providingrequired documents
Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
Facilitate collaboration between BAs, data developers, BI Developers/ analysts, andstakeholders.
Meet with programme lead and upraise on the development progress, challenges, andmitigation plans
Enforce coding standards, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD practices.
Conduct code reviews and ensure documentation is maintained.
Qualifications:
B.Tech/ MCA/ MBA
Minimum 10 Years of experience
