Education: Postgraduate degree in relevant field
Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the aviation or airport operations domain. Proven experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process mapping across aviation functions such as operations, maintenance, passenger services, and cargo.
