1.1. Reporting Relationships
The Salesforce Data & Reporting Lead will operate within the Global Enterprise Delivery & CRM team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce data, reporting, and analytics across the EMEA region, ensuring business and project requirements are met in line with global standards.
The role will work closely with the Product Owners, Data & Analytics teams and regional business stakeholders to ensure the organization derives maximum value from the Salesforce platform. This includes delivering high-quality, actionable reporting, supporting strategic initiatives, and enabling data-driven decision-making across EMEA.
While aligned to a global operating model, this position serves as the primary reporting lead for EMEA, balancing regional priorities with global governance, data quality, and best practices.
1.2. Scope and Purpose of Role
As the Salesforce Data & Reporting Lead, you will have experience delivering Salesforce data and reporting solutions within an Agile environment.
You will be responsible for reviewing and governing data and reporting requests, including analyses, dashboards, and visualizations. This includes translating data-related user stories into technical solutions, documenting reporting requirements and solution designs, and acting as the gatekeeper for Salesforce business data.
You will serve as a key link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring data quality, consistency, and meaningful insights across a large enterprise environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential when working within a dynamic Agile team.

Perform data analysis and advise improvements based on data
Responsible for all data, data analysis, reporting and dashboard user stories and/or requests Work with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and design future state reports Review any data related user stories, ensuring business requirement is captured and understood, with acceptance criteria and user personas
Responsible for business intelligence and data visualization requests as they relate to Salesforce data
Data Migrations and transformations
Coordinate with the Data Lake team to ingest Salesforce data into the enterprise data lake, and work closely with Azure Architects to design and implement use-case-driven data pipelines for Salesforce data.
Ensure secure, governed use of Salesforce data exposed to external BI and visualization platforms via data lake and integration pipelines.
Coordinate Data Cloud data activation and support Agent Al initiatives by ensuring high-quality, governed Salesforce data for analytics and Al-driven experiences.
Be responsible for the data governance and ensure reporting quality, accuracy, and relevance. Be responsible for committing and completion of data and reporting related user stories Define reporting requirements across clients, sales, properties, and billings, including across multiple countries and service lines for delivery using Salesforce and/or BI tools such as CRM A, Tableau, Tableau Next (Future ref) etc.
Create data insights using Salesforce, Einstein, CRM Analytics, Tableau Next, Power BI or similar Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to design and implement the Salesforce system

Requirements
An understanding of Salesforce development in an agile environment
Ability to interpret user data and data needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
Experience in end-to-end delivery of operational and management reporting across a salesforce implementation
Demonstrated experience liaising with subject matter experts, understanding of reporting processes, developing operational reports and reconciliation reports to enable business reporting self-service
