Requirements:
Experience of working on consulting and advisory assignments for real estate and/or infrastructure projects for private / government sector clients.
General understanding of tendering processes including RFP preparation and bid process management would be desirable.
Working knowledge of financial modelling / financial analysis would be an added advantage.
Proficiency in using MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Qualification:
Graduate or Postgraduate in Planning / Engineering / Construction Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
Proficiency in English (Reading, Writing and Speaking) & working knowledge of Telugu would be an added advantage.
Have experience with at least 1 Government Project.
Tenure: Initially 12 months, further extendable subject to performance review.
