Roles & Responsibilities
Assist department to implement the IT system for the management of Court cases and develop the role-based dashboard for department stakeholders.
BRD and Requirement Gathering for implementation of court case management system.
As-Is and Functional Requirement Specification Document for implementation of court case management system.
Assist department to integrate the IT system to be implemented in the department with any other 3rd party IT system for exchange of data / information such as eCourts system of High Courts, or any internal IT system for the cases related to these projects for tracking.
Monitoring of overall process for the ongoing legal court cases, co-ordination with the concerned stakeholders, and briefing to the senior authorities on regular basis.

Data Collection and Analysis: The primary responsibility is to provide expert technical advice and guidance to the department on the effective utilization and monitoring of Court case management system. This involves analysis of court case data and suggest the action needs to be taken.
Development of Dashboard: Assist department for the development of dashboard using any dashboard tools for monitoring of pending cases at Supreme Court, High Court, and District Court in the court case management system.
Legal Research: Conducting analyzing case law, status of cases at Supreme Court, High Court, and District Court.
Training and Capacity Building: Providing training and guidance to government officials on the effective use of Court Case Management system. This helps to ensure that government actions are legally sound.
Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborating with other departments within the government to address legal issues that may have interdepartmental implications.
Qualification
Minimum 9 years of experience in Legal Court case management.
Experience in Government Court Case Management will be preferable.
Degree in Computer Science /IT or Law or related field.
