JD for IT Head
Experience: 15+ years, preferably in promoter driven manufacturing/ retail/ consumer goods company, demonstratable exp in ERP(SAP) implementation & life cycle management
Education: B.Tech (computer science)/ MCA, certification in SAP
Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAP management, utilization and functional support ensuring seamless integration with existing processes & scalability.
Identify areas of technology implementation in various business processes to increase efficiency and transparency
Manage technology budgets, timelines, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to deliver maximum impact
Drive and lead implementation of Distributer Management system and its lifecycle management and adoption by the respective functions
Develop & maintain SLAs for various IT services
Ensure data integrity, information security and IT policies in the organization to mitigate potential business risks
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and standards in the IT department
Lead IT projects along with external vendors ensuring budget adherence, bottle-neck resolution, risk management and success criteria for each implementation
