Job Overview:
We are seeking highly skilled IT Consultants with expertise in government processes, e-Governance frameworks, and digital urban transformation. The ideal candidates shall have hands-on experience in Ease of Doing Business and UPYOG platforms as well as experience in strategy formulation, feasibility studies, bid process management, system architecture, and compliance with Government policies.
Educational Requirements:
B.E/B. Tech in in IT/Computer Science/ Electronics/Telecommunication or MCA from reputed institutes
Key responsibilities:
Analyze and document government processes and services.
Assess organizational structures of government departments to enhance efficiency.
Prepare As-Is Process maps, identify gaps, and propose To-Be processes for improved G2G, G2B, and G2C service delivery.
Conduct feasibility studies, policy assessments, impact assessments, IT roadmaps, and strategy plans for ease of doing business.
Apply cutting-edge technologies to e-Governance solutions.
Develop Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) covering business models, risk analysis, stakeholder analysis, financial estimates, and architectural design.
Provide consultancy in Bid Process Management, including EoI, RFP, RFQ preparation, functional specifications, implementation timelines, and contract finalization.
Conduct technical and financial evaluations, review NDA, agreements, and contracts, ensuring compliance with IT acts and certifications.
Offer strategic planning, transition support, risk management, and implementation oversight for large-scale government service delivery projects.
Perform status reporting, issue tracking, SLA monitoring, vendor management, and third-party audits.
Drive change management initiatives and capacity augmentation for government departments.
Provide end-to-end consultancy in all phases of project planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
Mandatory Skills Required:
Hands-on expertise with UPYOG and Ease of Doing Business frameworks.
Knowledge of government regulations, policies, and IT acts.
Demonstrated ability to work in high-impact governance projects involving large-scale IT system implementation.
Expertise in stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and risk analysis.
Familiarity with bid process documentation, financial modeling, and legal contract validation.
Ability to assess and implement cutting-edge technology solutions.
Strong communication skills.
