ICT Expert
Job title: ICT Expert – Digital Governance & Regulatory Platforms
Role Overview
The ICT Expert will be responsible for designing the digital and IT architecture required to support an end-to-end ship recycling regulatory platform, enabling transparent, efficient, and data-driven governance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert advisory on digital governance, e-governance systems, IT infrastructure, and regulatory technology platforms.
Lead functional and business requirements gathering for the ship recycling digital / web-based platform.
Define end-to-end workflows including user roles, approvals, dashboards, reporting, alerts, and compliance tracking.
Design system architecture, data flows, integration requirements, and security considerations.
Support preparation of technical specifications and inputs for RFP and procurement documents.
Coordinate with implementing agencies during platform development and rollout phases.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Management.
Minimum Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in digital governance, e governance, regulatory IT advisory, or platform implementation projects.
