1. Maintaining and updating customer databases.
2. Customer complaints handling.
3.To raise indents and coordinate with plant personnel in fulfilling the indents.
4. Ensuring timely delivery.
5. Skilled in using Microsoft Excel basic functions like Sum, if, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table etc)
6. Precision in tracking and recording financial information
7. Marketing MIS generation
8. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers in English.
9. Fulfil logistic requirements for customers.
