Job Title: Senior Consultant (e-Governance Expert)
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in implementation of e-Governanceprojects with any central / state government department / anygovernment agencies
• Experience of working in Education domain will be an addedadvantage.
• Experience in management of e-Governance projectsincluding client handling, stakeholder management, IT projectimplementation and project monitoring.
• Experience in As-Is study, Gap analysis, requirementgathering, creation of To-Be process maps and finalizingfunctional requirements to prepare FRS document.
• Assisting client in preparation of the DPR, RFPs, and otherproject documents.
• Should have good knowledge about GovernmentProcurement Manuals, General Financial Rules, MeitY / DITGuidelines, State Procurement Guidelines and have hands-onexperience on government procurement process.
• Assisting client in procurement process for bid managementon state government / central government tender portal suchas Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and vendor onboardingprocess.
• Plan and schedule project timelines, milestones and projectstatus report using appropriate tools.
• Monitoring of project progress, conducting performance testing/User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and prepare testingcompliance document.
• Hands on experience on data analysis and preparinganalytical reports, creation of dashboards.
• Good communication and report/document writing skills.
Qualification:
Candidate Should have Minimum 9 years of relevant experience
MBA in any stream is preferable.
BE/BTech (IT/CS/Electronics/E&TC) or MCA
