ROLE DESCRIPTION –
The candidate will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to IT program implementation, monitoring and management. This includes analysis of application-level statistics/ analysis, preparation of user manuals, training material and SOPs, presentations for different users & Stakeholders, etc.
Understanding of all phases of the project on design and architecture for hardware/software requirement for IT enabled service delivery on client's end.
Provide recommendations for improving IT and data practices within the client's portals
Generate insights, and prepare reports.
>> QUALIFICATION
Minimum Graduate with MBA/ PGDM or equivalent from a recognized Institute/ University
Experience in e-governance IT project.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT related projects.
Experience in Digital Public Infrastructure projects, large scale technology enablement by planning and implementation
Experience in Open Source Applications and Business Process Reengineering
Experience with Public Sector Undertakings
Strong analytical and communication skills
