Documentation & Training lead
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed SOPs, user guides, and technical documentation for all platformmodules and workflows
Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to ensure documentation reflectsthe latest system functionalities
Design training programs, presentations, and e-learning content for technical and non-technicalaudiences
Organize and deliver training sessions, webinars, and workshops for end-users, administrators,and support teams
Ensure all documentation and training content complies with accessibility standards (GIGW,WCAG) and is available in multilingual formats where required
Maintain a centralized knowledge base for quick reference and self-service learning
Use AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automated content summarization, text-to-speech) toenhance documentation creation and training delivery
Develop quick reference guides, FAQs, and video tutorials to support user onboarding andtroubleshooting
Collaborate with stakeholder engagement teams to ensure training aligns with changemanagement strategies
Track training participation, collect feedback, and improve content based on user responses
Maintain version control and change logs for all documentation updates
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.
5–8 years of experience in technical documentation, training development, or instructional design
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Experience creating documentation for web-based applications, APIs, and digital workflows
Proficiency in documentation and publishing tools (e.g., MS Office, Confluence, MadCap Flare)
Experience with e-learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Familiarity with accessibility standards and multilingual content delivery
Ability to conduct live and virtual training sessions effectively
Exposure to AI-assisted content creation, video editing, or translation tools is preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good to have certification: Certified Technical Writer (CPTC), Instructional Designer
Certification, or CompTIA CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer)
