Cost Accounting Lead

Education – CA/ ICWA
Experience – 12-15 years in manufacturing & distribution companies like FMCG, Consumer Durables, Automotives, exposure to cost improvement projects like Time Motion study, Inventory management etc, Should be hands-on with FICO module of SAP
Responsibilities:
The objective of this role is to analyse and manage financial aspects of our operations, ensure efficient cost controls and provide insights for decision making. The role will also collaborate with other departments in bringing accuracy of budgeting and forecasting processes.
Manage cost accounting processes including costing, budgeting and forecasting. Drive annual planning and forecasting process
Prepare MIS reports of profitability periodically and business wise with analyses and insights
Drive inventory management ensuring accurate stock levels and minimize waste
Conduct regular audits to identify areas of bringing efficient cost controls along with different departments
Lead specific projects aimed towards bringing cost efficiency like Time Motion Study, Overhead expense controls etc
